🚚 Delivery Charges
We use reliable next-day courier services to get your order to you quickly.
- £0 – £200 → £14.99
- £201 – £300 → £9.99
- £301 – £499 → £8.99
- £500 and above → FREE delivery
Delivery charges are based on one parcel of up to 25kg. Larger orders may need to be split into multiple parcels, which can add extra delivery costs.
⚖️ Parcel Size & Weight
- Each box can hold a maximum of 25kg.
- If your order is heavier, it will be separated into more than one box.
- We’ll always confirm any extra charges with you before sending.
⏰ Dispatch Schedule
To keep orders moving smoothly and ensure products stay in good condition:
- Orders placed before 10am, Monday–Thursday are sent the same day.
- Orders placed after 10am Thursday or over the weekend leave on Monday, arriving Tuesday.
- We don’t send parcels on Fridays or weekends to avoid delays and spoilage.
📦 Delivery Times
- Couriers normally deliver before midday.
- You’ll receive tracking updates via text or email once your parcel leaves us.
- If your delivery hasn’t arrived by 1pm, please get in touch and we’ll chase it up.
❄️ Frozen Product Guarantee
- All items are packed in insulated boxes with ice to keep them frozen in transit.
- Please make sure someone is in to receive the delivery.
- Check your order as soon as it arrives and let us know of any issues within 1 hour.
- Smaller frozen orders (under £50 in value) are harder to keep solid — these are sent at the buyer’s risk.
📌 Important Information
- Orders will not leave us until any outstanding shipping charges are settled.
- Missed deliveries due to no one being available are non-refundable.
- Delivery prices include all packaging costs (insulation, liners, ice).
