📦 Order Processing
All orders are prepared and packed fresh at our UK facility.
Orders are processed Monday–Thursday only to ensure frozen items are not delayed in transit over weekends.
Orders placed after Thursday 12pm will be dispatched the following Monday.
❄️ Frozen Delivery Method
We ship using Next Working Day Delivery (before 12pm) via a temperature-controlled courier.

All orders are packed with insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain temperature during transit.

This schedule is strictly followed to protect product quality.

Due to the perishable nature of frozen feeders:
